Our self-drilling hollow grouting anchor bolt system is mining grade, designed specifically for underground mining applications. The technique utilizes a high-tensile hollow steel bar with a continuous external thread and a reinforced drill bit, so eliminating the risk of hole collapse during installation, a major advantage in broken rock and soft ground where ordinary bolts are ineffective. The hollow core provides the possibility of continuous pressure grouting of the bolt, completely encasing the bar to prevent corrosion and creating a monolithic reinforced structure with the surrounding rock to guarantee higher load bearing capacity and long-term stability.
Each complete system comprises hollow anchor bar, self drilling bit, heavy duty bearing plate, coupling sleeve and nut, allowing fast, no tool assembly on site.
