Manufacturing Processes

• Machining：Mechanical processing is carried out on the forged axles and wheels, including processes such as turning, grinding, and drilling, to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of each part of the wheel axle, meeting the requirements of assembly and use.
• Heat Treatment：To improve the comprehensive performance of the wheel axle, heat treatment such as quenching and tempering is required to improve the organizational structure of the material and enhance hardness, strength, wear resistance, etc.
• Surface Treatment：Surface treatments such as electroplating and spraying on the wheel axle can improve its corrosion resistance and wear resistance, extending its service life.
